I'm Deb Jenner and I have been a Pilates practitioner since 2001, and am certified by Polestar Pilates Education, a comprehensive science and evidence based Pilates Educator where I have had the honor of mentoring apprentice Pilates instructors. I am also certified by the Pilates Method Alliance.

In addition, I have attended extensive continuing education courses with Polestar Education to include Pathokiniesiology, Advanced Spine, and Critical Reasoning in the Pilates Environment for Movement and Postural Assesment. As a result of all my training,I teach with a focus on postural symmetry, breath control, abdominal strength, spine, pelvis and shoulder stabilization, muscular flexibility, joint mobility and muscular strengthening.

I am passionate about Pilates and want all of my clients to experience the full benefits of Pilates which include improved balance, posture and increased freedom of movement without pain.
